High heel shoes that change color!
15 Dec 2009 | 11:57 pm

Researchers in Taiwan have developed a way for leather to change color when exposed to sunlight! They sprayed leather with micro capsules containing luminous particles and resin.
The shoes base color is white but it changes slowly from pink, orange, or purple. Depending on the design the whole shoe or part of the shoe changes color.
The color changing process only lasts 60 hours though, but the researchers are working on expanding that. Designers also want to apply the same technology to other products such as hand bags, belts, and other accessories.

Sexy cut out dresses are trendy
24 Nov 2009 | 11:12 pm

It is hard to get away with the cut up dress unless you are a star like Rihanna here on the red carpet at the 2009 AMA’s. But if you are youthful and brash, or you just feel like it try one of these:

On the left is a price unique cut out sleeve dress from Alice + Olivia atShopBop. Maybe you can make your own cutouts from a cheaper mini sweater dress! This one is $295!
On the right is a sexy strap tank dress from Kain at Bloomingdales for only $80 something. It has 3 open straps along the sides. I love the leggings and those heels are not appealing but, they achieve a dazzling layered look here.

Sarah Palin’s sexy November Newsweek 2009 cover
17 Nov 2009 | 5:40 pm

Sarah Palin looking sexy in one of November Newsweek covers. Newsweek apparently got the hot photo from a cover of Runner’s World magazine.
Poor Sarah is fuming that it’s sexist. She has more to offer than her hot looks she feels.
But let’s be real. Looks do take a woman far. Yes it’s unfair. But if it wasn’t for her stunning looks she would not have advanced so far politically without doing much! Sensible people know that she is bright, and has good marketing skills. But they know she is shallow, hence the title of the Newsweek cover: “How Do You Solve a Problem Like Sarah”.
Sarah should just turn into a fashion model for the 40’s. It is sexy to be 40! Please market your pretty face some more!
Read what Sarah had to say on her Facebook. ” The Runner’s World magazine one-page profile for which this photo was taken was all about health and fitness - a subject to which I am devoted and which is critically important to this nation. The out-of-context Newsweek approach is sexist and oh-so-expected by now. If anyone can learn anything from it: it shows why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, gender, or color of skin. The media will do anything to draw attention - even if out of context.”
